Whitehaven Hotel

Übermäßig freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer waren sauber und da nach hinten heraus auch ruhig. Ist ein paar Meilen ausserhalb von Whitehaven. Parken ist kostenlos. Typisches Premier Inn bzw wie die Kette TRavelodge. Einfach, Praktisch und OK. Restaurant für Abendessen und Frühstück befindet sich gleich nebenan.

Wir hatten eine Nacht zuvor in einem Premier Inn in Manchester übernachtet, dass nicht sehr gut war und waren angenehm überrascht. Es wurde zwar gebaut, aber der Lärm belästigte uns nicht. Das Hotel ist sehr alt, kein Lift, aber die Zimmer sind OK, sogar mit Badewanne, was wir bei dem klaten Wetter gerne zum aufwärmen ausgenutzt haben und zwei Betten, sehr angenehm.

Visit to Whitehaven premier inn. I stayed in an accessible room with floor level shower. The room was clean and there was a fan in the room. A member of the reception team kindly escorted my daughter to my room when she had arrived to drop off something for me. Rather than just giving her a room key so she could gain access to the building and my room, they checked that she was who she had said and that I was happy for her to have access to the building. I thought this was very good service and felt safe at the hotel. My daughter was impressed also. At a different location on a previous stay my daughter had been given a door key to my room after asking for it. No checks were made to make sure she was known to me and that I was happy for her to be allowed entry so for the staff at Whitehaven Premier Inn to be so vigilant whilst staying professional, polite and friendly, I was very impressed and made to feel safe during my stay.

I would like to wholeheartedly commend the excellence in customer service delivery, received upon my visit, in June. From the following personnel. Rebecca, Katy, and Cora. The aforementioned mentioned employees possess an excellent, professional, courteous, and above all extremely friendly manner. They went above and beyond expectations, and depicted a thoroughly courteous manner at all times. As a frequent business traveller, And a Premier inn business customer. I traverse the country, and continually experience excellence service from all your employees. The latter, is no exception. I strongly believe that customer values, are at the core of your business, as continually depicted, demonstrated by your wonderful staff. I therefore believe, in commending employees when absolutely merited. I trust therefore you will commend the afore mentioned. As they are a credit to your establishment. A great venue & location to end our annual group charity C2C ride. The price including the meal deal was fairly good & on par with B&B prices. The overall cleanliness of the room was pretty good although I did come across a bug in the bathroom. Already looking forward to next years stay.
