Newquay (A30/Fraddon) Hotel

Bei Premier Inn weiß man halt immer was man hat. - Sehr einfach zu finden, da das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn liegt und von dort gut zu sehen ist. Hotelpersonal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber. Das Bett war wieder Mal sehr bequem und die Kissen einfach toll, wie für die Kette ja bekannt ist. Sehr zu empfehlen als Zwischenstop auf der Reise oder wenn man in der Gegend etwas zu tun hat.

Honestly I have never been to such a dirty hotel , number one the outside as we pulled up looked like they had given up on the property how ever I gave it the benefit of the dout and thought maybe inside will be better ....how i was wrong ....checking in was easy and desk staff where ok . We made are way to the room down a dark poorly lite hallway. We opened are door and noticed we had two fans what we where delighted to see as it was very warm in the room. We turned on the large fan and my partner who is a mantanace guy said this is not right he then opened both sides of the fan and it was covered with dence dust so clearnly not been cleaned (ever) . We then cleaned them out in the bath and the fan start to work properly. There was also a light covered in dust just hanging and also the top of the wardrobe was covered in dust it seems like they might need more house keepers or need to be trained again . The bedding on are bed was a double so it only just covered the mattress when I stretched it... we also noticed alot of dust all over the bathroom fan so clearly not been cleaned for long time ...the soup bottled had mould over them where they have been refilled and not cleaned . The hallways where also very dirty and dusty and needs TLC .

Really disappointing stay. We chose premier inn because we know what we are getting. Simple things done well. I actually couldn’t sleep or relax in this hotel room knowing how unclean it was. Smears on the mirrors from dirty water. We were in a family room so I moved one of the beds around and the dirt and dust underneath was shocking. These rolms are not being cleaned properly. It got much worse in the restaurant. I couldn’t actually eat my breakfast after cert plate I lifted up had caked on food. Dirty cutlery. A really disappointing stay and so glad we were only there for one night. Please can management have a serious word with staff about the clear low standards of cleanliness.

During my stay, I was expecting air conditioning, but it was not available. The room was acceptable overall, however the cleaning standards were below expectations. The carpet was in poor condition, and an extra fan was not provided. Housekeeping services were also not delivered in a timely manner. Additionally, I noticed spiders in the bedroom and toilet, which further affected the comfort of my stay.

Stinky rooms. Only one fan in a family room of 2 adults and 2 kids which wasn’t even working properly. Upon requesting an extra fan they clearly refused. Very rude staff. And topping it off with an unjustified and illegal extra smoking charge of £115 when we never smoked in the room. In fact, I’ve never smoked ever in my life.
