    "very relaxing and comfortable"
    very good hotel good parking clean and tidy rooms with tea and coffee facilities rooms.are big and spacious with very good bathroom very friendly staff Tracey on reception always happy to help.
    "Friendly staff but very dated and dirty"
    Good parking and we found it to be quiet. All we wanted was a shower and comfortable bed. Greeted well on arrival and assigned Room 1 at the back. Considering the location it was nice and quiet. No air con but a fan. The bed was nice and comfortable. Carpet had several stains as did the only chair in the room. Table lamp didn't work. Bathroom was a tad dated, fixed shower head, the floor by the door and behind it needed a damn good clean. Nearest electrical socket to the bed was on the desk, on the other side of the room. That's a basic omission. Breakfast quality was fine, but presentation was zero. A tip for anyone is to ask for you beans on the side. I like to eat my poached eggs separate, but when beans have been thrown on top of them and half my breakfast then there really is no need. Staff are excellent and friendly
    "Friendly staff"
    I stayed here with my little boy and couldn’t rate this hotel any higher. Conveniently located with local links to Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The rooms were brilliantly clean. But what really makes this hotel is the staff - I couldn’t praise the staff any higher! Huge mentions go out to Tracey on Reception for her friendly welcome and to Natalie & her team who looked after us so well at breakfast. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Will definitely come back.
    "Above and beyond"
    I don't particularly like staying away for work, even less so around my birthday. So I was feeling pretty sorry for myself at dinner when my colleague (jokingly) asked our incredibly courteous and friendly server Natalie to 'stick a candle on his desert'. I wouldn't expecting anything at all from a very busy staff and kitchen, so being presented with a beautiful swan and birthday message on my desert was an immediate mood enhancer! My very genuine thanks to Natalie and the incredible chef who done this for me and was kind enough to come out of kitchen so I could shake their hand. Apologies I did not get the chefs name, this was the evening of August 21st.
    "Another great stay...."
    Another great stay at this lovely Premier Inn, ideal location to get out and about in Peterborough. Friendly, approachable staff who very welcoming. Super big comfy bed, bliss. Have stayed here before and its becoming our 'go to' place to stay. Like the breakfast set up as well, just a 2 minute walk across the car park into Paul Pry, again, very friendly staff, beautiful food, can't fault anything at all. Looking forward to our next stay already. Much appreciated Alun & John xx.
