"Ottimo!!! "
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel centro di Cambridge e tutto è andato benissimo. Hotel centrale, camera pulitissima, personale simpatico e disponibile, ottima colazione. Il giorno dell'arrivo abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell'albergo e abbiamo mangiato bene spendendo il giusto. Lo consiglio.
"Jack was a great help"
Had a great stay,Jack was a massive help put a smile on my two nephews faces and was all round a great bloke,the food was excellent will definitely come Back
"Location and stay was perfect. But the receptionist was not trustworthy"
I had a serious concern about your receptionist staff (sunday morning 9am-10am August 10). i forgot my bagpack after eating breakfast. i called thru phone to check my left bag but the receptionist told me that my bag was not there. so i ran hurriedly after hearing that. then luckily, A good samaritan from other table saw me looking for my bag. and she ask if i was looking for a bag and told me that she saw the receptionist took it. then i went straight to the receptionist and she told me “she didn’t took a bag” i said to her that somebody saw what she did and talk to the good samaritan who told me. then they speak to each other and at last the receptionist gave me back my bagpack. i feel so disappointed about her coz the hotel staff should be trustworthy, kind, and helpful but that lady receptionist has completely opposite. Hope the Premier Inn would take action on this matter.
"weekend away"
my stay at this premier inn was exceptional. the room was spotless and the bed was super comfy. we had breakfast each day which was delicious and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. a special thank you to the managers at the hotel, Tracy and Mitka, for being so helpful and ensuring our stay was perfect.
"Good location, small drawbacks"
Clean and good as always with Premier Inn. Location is great, close to Market Square and a short walk to Kings Parade and the more spectacular colleges. Two issues to be aware of: Some of the twin rooms have no window (ours had a kind of fake window with a light in it that you could adjust to match the amount of light you’d expect outside. Which was odd but frankly better than being in a box with just a blank wall); and as with all Premier Inns these days the free WiFi was almost useless. Clearly the company wants you to cough up the £5 for better WiFi.
