"Freundlich aber hellhörig und abgewohnt"
Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ich hatte zwei verschiedene Zimmer. Das erste war im ersten Stock an der Treppe. Die Treppe ist aus Holz und und jeder Schritt macht einen Riesen Lärm im Zimmer. Rate also dringend von einem Zimmer in Treppnnähe ab. Das zweite war im dritten Stock in der Mitte. Keine Treppengeräusche mehr, dafür ein Zimmernachbar mit Husten. Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Auch roch das Zimmer schlecht und lüften half nicht. Generell ist alles etwas abgewohnt und der Teppich lädt nicht zum barfuß laufen ein.
Erwähnenswert ist noch die Nahe gelegene Bushaltestelle (Linie 75 nach Bristol für 2,5£) sowie ein Supermarkt um die Ecke.

"Michelle our hero!"
We ended up in Bristol after a family member had a medical emergency whilst on a weekend away. Michelle on the reception desk was absolutely brilliant and did everything she could to ensure we had somewhere to stay after being in hospital all night. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered biscuits, drinks and snacks to keep us going. Thank you so much Michelle! We appreciated your help so much!

"Amazing stay"
Over many years I've been staying at premier lodge in filton bristol the main reason is upon arrival to check in I've always found the reception staff on duty to be kind. And polite also very professional nothing is a major issue and they have always listen to your requests I have on many occasions witnessed guests being rude and abusive to whoevers on duty at the reception desk and as always the staff maintain calm and try to help were they can I would like to mention bozena the cleaning lady as she works hard to get room's ready for further guests arriving daily my score is 100/100 as I'know I will use fiton lodge many times again Mr Leslie H J Smith melksham Wiltshire

"Bad hotel"
Receptionist was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful and that was the only positive.
The room had a stale unpleasant smell the moment I opened the door. Not just a bit stuffy. Properly foul.
There was no bar.
No restaurant.
The vending machine was broken.
Completely stranded for food or even a drink.
At 3.30am the fire alarm went off with no warning and no explanation. Just chaos in the middle of the night.
On top of that there was shouting and noise from other rooms all night. No sleep. No control. No standards.
What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a noisy uncomfortable badly managed experience.
Extremely disappointing.
