"Friendly, comfortable rooms and great breakfasts."
Very convenient and quiet location. Great parking, easy check-in and check-out.
I've stayed here a few times now and the beds and pillows are always very comfortable. Great breakfast and attentive and friendly staff.
My only negative comment is every time I've stayed the bedrooms are quite cold and the thermostat on the wall seems to make no difference.
I will be staying here again however.

"Premier service from Premier Inn"
We have been visiting Premier in in Luton South for the past three years on a regular basis. This is because we are part of a choir that meets in Harpenden.
Premier Inns in general provide very comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast at reasonable price. We are fortunate that there is a Premier Inn very close to our rehearsal venue and I’m sure we will continue to come here in the future. The staff in reception and in the breakfast restaurant are friendly, accommodating people who complement the excellent facilities that this hotel provides.

"Consistent and great location"
Another visit to this branch and did not disappoint. From check in to check out everything is perfect. The rooms are little dated and in need of refurbishment but the delicious breakfast made up for this. Thank you

"Don't pay for early check in, they take your money, but don't give the service-rubbish"
We were attending a family funeral, the service from the manager was a total disgrace, unprofessional and she didn't care.
Do not pay for an early check in at this hotel.
We traveled from Leeds setting off at 7am to get to this hotel for an early check in for 2 rooms at £15.00 each = £30.00
After a discussion at the reception we were told they didn't have any rooms available.
for us. I advised them we had paid for an early check in for 2 rooms, as we were on a time limit.
We eventually got ONE room at 12.40, for 5 people to get completely changed, this included a 91 & 89 year old, the hotel offer this early check in service,
take your money, but do not stick to what they have agreed, basically theft.
As we were just leaving the hotel to go the funeral we were given 2 room keys 107 & 112, we didn't get a chance to use these rooms or move our clothes etc from room 12o as we were due at the funeral, walking out of the hotel.
I did advise i would want the £15 refund for the room I paid for that I was unable to use as an early check in.
The following day I spoke again with the receptionist, to ask for the refund she said she'd get the manager to deal with the refund when she got in.
Today 27/04/26 I phoned as the refund hasn't appeared on my card, I spoke again with the receptionist, who said to me to phone the Manager tomorrow with regard to the refund, she stated, I wasn't getting the refund as I was given the key before 3pm, what a joke!. The fact I couldn't use the room as I was going to the funeral at the time the keys were given to us is a disgrace.
According to their system I have checked in and used both rooms, how can I use room 2 when the room was occupied and wasn't ready for me until 1.15pm.
I would avoid early check in payment as they cannot guarantee giving you a room when you have had a 4.5 hr journey and your faced with a company that take your money but don't provide you with a service and really don't show any care or take any responsibility, it's theft.
Thank you for making our trip to a funeral as stressful and unplesant as possible and one we won't forget due to you not providing the service I had paid for.
