- When you book a room using our online booking service we collect your title, first name,
surname, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details. Additionally we ask
for the title, first name and surname of a person for each room that you are booking.
This allows us to hold the room for you, identify you on arrival at Premier Inn and contact
you in relation to your stay with us. We also ask if you want to opt-in to receive other
promotional information from Premier Inn
- When ordering a directory we collect your title, first name, surname, address and email
address to send you the directory information and inform you of how your request is progessing.

- At various points it is possible to register with the website. We collect your title, first name,
surname, address, email address, telephone number and a password. This allows us to identify you when
you return to the website and means you don't need to enter this information when booking a room. You
are also able to store a personal identification number to allow you to access and apply your room
preferences and personal details when booking through our automated telephone service (e.g. usual
number of adults, number of children under 16 in beds or cots for babies, credit card details and preferred booking confirmation method). This is intended to facilitate
tailoring your experience with Premier Inn. We also ask if you want to opt-in to receive other
promotional information from Premier Inn.
Other information that we collect
When you visit the site, we log the IP address of the machine you used to access our site with.
The IP address is a unique number that is used on the Internet to identify a unique computer for
the purposes of allowing computers to communicate with each other.
Certain features of our site require Cookies in order to function. A Cookie is a small piece of
information that is placed on your computer, and is used to differentiate you from other users
accessing our site. We use this so that we can ensure your information is kept separate from that

Premier Inn takes the security of any information we hold very seriously, and will
always implement security measures that are in line with, or exceed current best practices and
