Confirm a booking
If you're making a booking on behalf of a non-cardholder, you can now complete these bookings online. Simply ensure that your account has been registered for online authorisation.

Please note that bookings of more than four rooms have to be made by phone, directly with the hotel concerned. The booking must be followed up with a fax to confirm the details. The terms and conditions are different to those when making a single booking.
Extending a booking
Where it is necessary to extend a booking, this must be done as either
- A separate booking online or
- A new booking for the whole of the required stay and a cancellation of the existing booking
