Liverpool Christmas Market

Now in its 11th year, you can expect even more from this amazing Christmas market as it makes a move to the iconic St George’s Plateau, just outside St. George’s Hall. Not only this, but it will open on the same day as the new Harry Potter blockbuster ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” where the plateau and the hall both have a starring row.

You’ll feel a warm friendly vibe in Liverpool this Christmas as the 40 eclectic stalls will be selling food, arts and crafts from across four continents. Enjoy mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and of course, yummy gingerbread.

Fan of Shrek, Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar? Well, you’re in for a treat as DreamWorks will be hosting a magical lantern and light show featuring all your favourite characters this Christmas.

Winter Arts Market

Liverpool’s Winter Arts Market is something special, not least because of its glorious venue in the Liverpool Cathedral.

Featuring work from more than 200 talented artists, designers and makers, the market includes handmade gifts, bespoke decorations, jewellery, cards, photography, print works, vintage clothing and more.

You’ll also find craft workshops for the children, as well as music, mulled wine and mince pies for you from the Cathedral’s Welsford Cafe.
