1.1 By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
1.2 The promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the promotion, excluding employees of the promoter, its group companies, its agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.
1.3 Entry opens on Thursday 23rd July 2015 at 6:00am and closes on Sunday 6th September 2015 at 23:59. Entries received after this time and date will not be eligible to win a prize.
1.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion. However, in order to enter the promotion you must have an Internet connection and either a Twitter or Facebook account.
2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
2.2 The promotion is split into two sections, that will run concurrently across Facebook and Twitter.
2.3 To enter part one of the promotion (#gotpurplesauce), you must tweet a picture of your breakfast with our Premier Inn Purple Sauce on it and tag @premierinn on Twitter. Alternatively you can enter via Facebook in the comments under our “Got Purple Sauce” post on Friday 24th July, (you must include the #gotpurplesauce hashtag).
Only one entry is permitted per person, per day of the promotion.
2.4 To enter part two of the promotion (#needpurplesauce), you must tweet a picture and tag @premierinn, including the hashtag #needpurplesauce. Alternatively you can enter via Facebook in the comments under our “Need Purple Sauce” post on Thursday 23rd July, (you must include the #needpurplesauce hashtag).
Only one entry is permitted per person, per day of the promotion.
3.1 For part one of the competition (#gotpurplesauce) there are twenty family breakfasts to be won, a family breakfast is two adults and up to four children (aged 15 and under). Twenty winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 7th September 2015.
3.2 For part two of the competition there are twenty bottles of Premier Inn Purple Sauce to be won. Twenty winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday 7th September 2015.
3.3 Winners will be notified either by Direct Message (DM) on Twitter or Facebook and will be asked to confirm their details for delivery of the prize.
4. THE PRIZES
4.1 There are a total of forty prizes available to be won:
Twenty prizes will be allocated to those entering part one, and using the hashtag #gotpurplesauce. Twenty prizes will be allocated to those entering part two, and using the hashtag #needpurplesauce
5.2 In the event that the promoter is unable to contact a winner within 7 working days of the relevant draw, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner selected at random in accordance with paragraph 3.1 and 3.2 of these terms and conditions.
5.3 The prizes will be delivered within 30 working days from a valid acceptance of the prize.
5.4 No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be resold. The promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be awarded to the winner.
5.5 Each winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity as may be required by the promoter in respect of the promotion. The promoter reserves the right to publish each winner's name, photograph and county on its website, Facebook and Twitter account or to publicise the prize-giving presentation within a year of the closing date.
5.6 Each winner's name and county are available on request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 6 months of the closing date.
5.7 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted and no bulk entries.
5.8 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s).
5.9 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to:
i. verify the eligibility of any entrant (including their age and place of residence);
ii. disqualify any entrant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;
iii. disqualify entrants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf; [and
iv. disqualify any entrant posting an entry or a comment to the promoter’s Twitter account that is, in the promoter's opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other entrants, fans of the promoter or directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.
6.1 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Instagram or Leisure Vouchers. Entrants acknowledge that Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.
6.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for any losses, damages or claims incurred by any person in connection with the promotion or receipt or misuse of any prize.
6.3 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

7.2 The promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
7.3 All personal data submitted in connection with the promotion will be processed by the promoter for the purposes of administering and managing the promotion and prizes (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of each participant. The promoter will not use any personal data for any other purposes without the consent of the relevant participant. By participating in the promotion, each entrant consents to the use of their personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7.4 Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prize(s).
7.5 This promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Each participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this promotion or these terms and conditions.
