Want a seriously great value stay? You want Premier Inn! We have just been named a Which? Recommended Provider for UK Hotel Chains.
Which? members were asked about their experience of UK hotel chains, and we came third out of 36, scoring 5/5 stars for cleanliness and customer service, and 4/5 for bed comfort and room fixtures. Yay!
The Which? seal of approval is one heck of an accolade but what really matters to us is that we’ve made our guests happy. “Total reliability in quality and cleanliness is Premier Inn’s biggest asset,” was one of the comments to come out of the survey.
In the rare instances our guests didn’t have as good a night’s sleep as they’d expect, they told Which? that we fulfilled our Good Night Guarantee “without a quibble”.
