Cardiff City South hotel

Unfortunately, we didn’t book the room under our own name, but I still wanted to recognise the excellent service we received at Premier Inn Cardiff South. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist gave us such a warm welcome and was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful during check-in. Our room was exceptionally fresh and clean. The bed looked so comfortable that we couldn’t wait to climb in, and the bathroom smelled beautifully clean and fresh. Even the mirror was spotless, showing the attention to detail throughout the room. A special thank you to Natasha, who I believe prepared our room. She left a lovely welcome message on the bed along with a little treat, which was a thoughtful touch and made our stay feel even more special. Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Premier Inn Cardiff South to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This is a conveniently sited and inexpensive Premier Inn. It is just a 20 minute walk to the city centre and car parking is good. We have stayed here many times before. BUT, this time the room was unbearably hot. There is no air conditioning and the fans provided no respite. Room temperature was constantly 29c. Neither of us slept well due to the heat. We would stay again but not in the summer months.

Good location, a simple short walk to all attractions. Car park was essential. I also like the option of eating either breakfast or evening meal if I want to. Room was OK with a comfy bed and the shower was easy to use without having to fight to keep the temperature constant. Nice large TV and also kettle etc. No air conditioning but I had 2 fans in my room which was ideal. Noise from guests etc was fine, but there seemed to be noises coming from the staff areas during the night time: 1 am to 4 am which was not helpful. So I did speak to reception and my last night was better.

Your find this premier inn just outside of the Cardiff city centre. Its a wonderfully quite hotel that is well looked after. We stayed in a premier plus room, the room was beautiful presented and well cleaned. Little chocolates and bottled water left in the room. Nespresso coffee machine well looked after and more pods available on request. The room also had a kettle and a variety of Tea bags. The bathroom was well cleaned and the waterfall shower was amazing. A lovely soft bed to rest up on after long days out. The Hotel is super quiet so perfect, to avoid the hustle and busy town centre. The restaurant close by served up morning breakfast, cooked perfectly and lots available to eat. Overall value for money. Definitely would come back again in the future.

Overall a good experience. We found very good, clean accommodation, there was plenty of parking available and we were greeted by friendly staff. I would stay again.
