"Very comfortable stay"
Large comfortable bedroom, with a bath in the bathroom, a must for me!!! Meals were great with a good selection on offer and the staff were first class. Special mentions to Sam and Leah who were extremely friendly and very welcoming and are a credit to Premier Inn!

"Always a good stay for us!"
We usually stay at Premier Inn, very good hotels and Rhuddlan is no exception to this. Check in was a breeze, staff were very friendly...Room as expected, I like the way all their rooms are laid out the same way...spotlessly clean room & bedding. Bathroom was also very clean and pleasant to use. Wehad a breakfast included which was excellent.....again, staff very welcoming & friendly.....

"Disappointing stay"
Stayed overnight, room comfortable and clean although at far end of corridor which didn’t suit my disabled husband also no lift so struggled up flight of stairs with luggage.
Meal deal ordered waited over an hour for our meal to be served food very nice when eventually arrived. Breakfast in the morning was only continental we had booked meal deal so disappointed when told it wasn’t available, no explanation! To top it off coffee machine not working so no hot drink!

"Business overnight"
Hotel rooms were standard Premier Inn, comfortable, quiet & clean.
On site restaurant had the usual menu but was well prepared & enjoyable.
Breakfast order did get mixed but resolved quickly
