Dundee West hotel

Just absolute rubbish, poor staff , rude , never again , reporting to EHO , would rather of stayed on a tent on the fast lane of the m6

We booked for 2 nights and included the meal deal for both nights. Managed to get dinner our first night, turned up for breakfast the next morning to be told the chef hadn’t turned up so continental breakfast only. We were then informed that the restaurant would be closed for the next 3 days!!! We given a refund for our meal deal. When checking out noticed that the restaurant was open serving breakfast 😤 Communication is a big issue - not getting told anything till the last minute which leaves you trying to make alternative food arrangements as there is nothing close by. Spoke to manager and duty manager and was left feeling very disappointed. We will certainly not use this Premier Inn again

Well, this is one of the best Premier Inns we have been to. From the initial check-in with Keith, there was a technical issue, but he was so apologetic and helpful to the two girls in the restaurant on the Friday night who were brilliant and so attentive. One was a manager and the other a trainee. I apologise profusely for forgetting their names. The rooms we always get are Premier Plus, not that much more expensive than normal rooms, but so much more better and it was nice and clean and the shower was excellent. The food was great and very tasty.

Room was ok a bit dated had lot of dust on headboard and bedside tables also on lights . Bathroom was spotless. No facilities near for food or drinks . Was very quiet .

Run down, no facilities except breakfast...and thatbroom was freezing...the lady in charge said i was the only one that was cold, a lie, everone was freezing......the room absolutely stinking of sick or dirt...all areas of this place are extremely dirty and totally run down....Dundee West...avoid.
