"Expected nothing - got less"
Premier Inn itself was adequate with clean room and bathroom and a surprisingly comfortable bed. Beafeater adjacent and part of the group was the worst food experience I have ever had. How can you go wrong with Nachos? But they did, - luke warm. Chicken with BBQ sauce - raw in the middle. We had ordered a sweet and breakfast and cancelled both. Their virtue was to not charge for any food. Severe lack of training and discipline in the restaurant and kitchen. Such a shame as I'm sure Glenrothes needs both jobs and outside finance to support the town.

"Nice stay"
Great stay pub and restaurant side only partially open at breakfast and evening meal so no bar service in-between also restaurant looking run down carpets very worn and breakfast always luke warm left under heat lamps to dry out.

"Outstanding"
A very pleasant experience staying here at the Glenrothes Premier Inn.
Room was lovely and clean and cosy.
Check-in procedure very swift and easy. Even handed me a charger plug for my phone as I left mine at home-thankyou.
Staff were lovely and very polite.
Food in the restaurant next door was delicious and great value for money. I had both the evening meal and breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again when I next visit the area.

"Better Premier Inns than this one"
We usually trust a premier inn, whilst the bed was incredibly comfy as always, it felt like this premier inn had been forgotten about when it comes to love & care. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was the perfect space, but it wasn’t clean and actually I felt like I needed a shower after having a shower. All it needs is some TLC. Great location for us for what we needed. Definitely on the pricy side, but I’m unsure if that’s because we stayed there in August. We didn’t need our room making up while we were there but we did ask for them to replenish the toilet paper, came back later that day and it had been left on the side in a pile… I wouldn’t stay again unless it undergoes a refurbished.

"Very good experience"
We stayed here for 4 nights over the recent August bank holiday weekend. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean with no problems. The breakfasts were very nice with a good choice of different things. The staff were very nice and friendly and any queries were dealt with promptly. We would be happy to stay there again.
