We stayed for two nights. The first night, the bed linen for the children's beds was dirty.
So, basically, the children and I were very pleased, as the rooms and bathroom were in very good condition, very clean and tidy.
Thank you very much to the Premier-In staff.

I had a overall great stay at Premier Inn Leeds City (Elland Road).
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was fantastic. A huge thank you to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful and made updating our room smooth and hassle-free. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. All the other hotel services were equally good, with friendly and attentive staff.
The location is ideal and the overall environment is pleasant, but the parking setup could definitely use some improvement. We noticed several guests double-parking, which made things frustrating especially as parents traveling with toddlers, as we had to carry our children and gear a much longer distance to the entrance. It would be a huge help if the hotel introduced dedicated, clearly marked family parking spaces close to the entrance (even as a paid option!) to prevent double-parking and make arrival easier for families.
Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with brilliant staff, and with a bit better parking enforcement, it would be flawless. We would still happily recommend it!
