    "One night stay"
We stayed for one night.car parking is not free, you have to use a pay machine. For people of a certain age, this can be difficult.Checking in was easy. When I booked the hotel,i also booked the meal deal. This is good value for money, which includes evening meal and breakfast. Now for the room,it was a family room with king size bed plus a single. This was not made up because there was only two of us.My only comment was ,there was only one chair,so one had to sit on the single bed. My rating for the staff at the hotel was excellent, from reception to the restaurant.I wish other places had this.It is through these people, that a good impression can be made.
"Great hotel, let down by customer service during breakfast."
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the check in process was swift. The hotel is also a short distance from the train station via a taxiu. The food selection during breakfast was good, however the service from one of the members of staff was atrocious. We were made to feel very unwelcome and at one point that member of staff turned to another member of staff and said "do you see what I am talking about" which our group heard. We were a fairly large group with children and this somewhat ruined are experience.
    "Top hotel"
Plenty of parking for the van. Rooms were nice and clean. staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Could do with some different beers at the bar though
    "Excellent hotel stay I've had."
The hotel has a friendly atmosphere and the rooms are spacious, regularly cleaned (when you ask the reception), the beds are like sleeping on clouds as they are comfy as hell ,there is a good restaurant that serves good quality of food and the bar is nice to have a drink in, all the staff are polite and helpful, they ask if your having a good day and help you out when you struggle with things in the hotel. I totally recommend staying at this hotel.
    "Brilliant staff"
The staff are what makes this hotel. My business partner and myself have been staying here for work over the last eight years, normally every month. Whilst the hotel itself is a little tired and in need of a makeover, it's lovely staff are the polar opposite. Always warm, friendly, welcoming and very hard working. In particular we would like to mention lovely Val the breakfast lady, always cheery at silly o'clock, and Kirsty who seems to be efficiently everywhere with a smile, whilst sorting everything. Premier Inn do however seem to be pricing themselves out of business. The steady increases in price, plus the recently introduced parking charge increase, sadly, means we can get a much better deal elsewhere in the city suburbs.
