Leeds / Bradford Airport hotel

+ Clean room, comfortable bed. = Price Average for what we got. (But see below.) - Had to pay £ 7 for parking my car at the hotel overnight. Apparently this now regarded as an ‘extra’ by owners Whitbread. Didn’t have breakfast because restaurant closed for refurbishment.

By far the easiest most pleasurable check in we’ve had! Me and my mate had booked to stay at a hotel next to the airport as we fly early tomorrow morning. We got parked up and was met by a wonderful lady called Carol. She was very polite, kind and courteous and dealt with all of our questions and queries. Her customer service was second to none and made checking in so easy. We were given our cards and told where to go for our room. When we checked in it was a very nice clean room with plenty of space and the bed was so comfortable.

When we arrived we were notified that the restaurant and bar were closed but we still paid full price plus we had to pay for parking which was separate. Our room had a nasty smell also but it was clean

Had a great stay here and it’s in a great location for the airport. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was advised when checking in of local restaurants in the area and the local chip shop, these did not disappoint! Would definitely stay here again

I've stayed with Premier Inn many times over the years, both for personal trips and business travel, averaging around four stays a year. I've always found the rooms comfortable, clean, and good value, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, this stay was well below the standard I've come to expect. The power sockets in the room weren't working properly, the hot water temperature was inconsistent, and there was a creaky floorboard outside my room that made a loud noise every time someone walked past. As I had an early flight the following morning, I was relying on my phone for alarms and travel documents, so the faulty sockets and disturbed sleep caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. I contacted Premier Inn after my stay, expecting them to acknowledge the seriousness of the issues and offer a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was simply told that because I hadn't reported the problems before checking out, they were unable to offer any refund and that my comments would be passed on to hotel management. While I understand hotels prefer issues to be reported at the time, I don't believe that should completely remove any responsibility when genuine faults affected the quality of the stay. As a long-standing, loyal customer who has never previously needed to complain, I expected much better customer service.
