"Overall a good stay"
Very tired on the outside. Plenty of parking, it was not a problem. Check-in good and helpful on the desk. Corridor carpets tired and stained. Room was good and well painted, bed as usual from other Premier Inns. Bathroom good and clean. No Aircon, very hot in the room even though it was September. Had a standing fan which helped but Aircon would be much better. Breakfast quite good, though bacon tasteless. Evening meal, very helpful waiter with my lactose intolerance. Food quite good. The steak knife for the smothered chicken as superfluous as the chicken was tender and perfectly cooked. Overall, a good stay, but wouldn't go again during the summer unless they upgrade to air conditioning.

"The Premier Inn that time forgot."
Comfy bed, free parking and reasonable breakfast. Those areas the good points.
This feels like the Premier Inn that time forgot. I expect that in its heyday this hotel was great, but now it is very tired, and the rooms are far too hot for comfort.
There were two fans in our room, but we only used one as the other one was revoltingly dirty. The window only opened a couple of inches and it was sweltering. W took the quilt out of the cover and had the fan on all night but it was still stifling.
We booked dinner for 6 of us on arrival. When I asked if the time mattered that much (2 out of 6 of us hadn't yet arrived) I was told, 'We do like people to stick to their times as we have 26 booked in and they might all arrive at once'. We weren't told where the restaurant was and it wasn't well signposted. We just sort of stumbled upon it tentatively opening the door as it looked like a detelict building from the outside.
The restaurant was completely empty apart from us, but even so, the food was pretty poor. I ordered ravioli which was mostly raw and when I sent it back I was told it was very thick pasta, as if I'd never had pasta before. I then had fish and chips but ended up eating after everyone else. It was okay. There was a ridiculous amount of business about meal deals and who was paying for what before we even ordered. He wanted to split bills up front which was a bit strange.
Breakfast was also a bit of a sad affair with just 2 other people in the restaurant the first day. The food was nicely cooked though. But at 10.30 we were told they were locking up, so had to leave.
I don't think this Premier Inn is long for this world. There are no lifts, no air con, and barely a food offer.
It wasn't very hospitable.

"Expensive, no lifts or air-conditioning"
Convenient location next to rail station. Looked shabby from outside. No air-conditioning and no lifts - had to carry heavy luggage up flights of stairs. No early breakfast at weekends so missed out. Very overpriced even for a Saturday night. Will certainly not visit again.

"Lovely Staff"
Me and my family booked in at this premier inn as it was close to the train station and we were wanting to travel into London the following day. My mother struggles with stairs and upon check in we were told we were assigned a room that wasn't on the ground floor. I explained our situation and Jay behind the desk was able to reassign both our rooms to be next to eachother on the ground floor. He was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to help us which made the experience so much nicer. The rooms were okay, not amazing but then again it's much cheaper than other local accomodation so definitely worth the money. I would come again just for the lovely service. I am sure had we have experienced issues the attentive staff would've been quick to help us.

"Horsham Station Hotel"
Great hotel, staff were friendly, bedroom was clean, bed was great with amazing pillows, bathroom clean, breakfast was excellent, waiting on staff were chatty and friendly, close to Horsham city centre and across the road from the train station. I would recommend and hopefully we will be going back.
