"very long waiting times for food"
Room as always clean and comfortable. and the dining experience as always very mixed, long waits for food (45 mins and only 8 people in the restaurant,starters were nice. malns were chicken Mediterranean and Teriyaki salmon, the salmon was raw in one half so that went back and after a short wait i got a new piece of fish minus the remains of my rice and broccoli, this meal was taken off my bill as was a small bottle of prosecco, so some recompense. it's always the front of house staff that have to put up with the complaints and they work so hard, so come on Premier inn PUT MORE STAFF ON and make sure the chief can read the cooking instructions.

Nice clean room pleasant polite staff easy to find, only two mugs in family room and usually there’s glasses and mugs, overall pleasant stay, looking forward to staying at another Premier Inn in a different destination.

Excellent location for a visit to Chichester, rooms priced at good
Value and always clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast nice in the mornings , if having breakfast avoid 9am as at it’s busiest. If staying in Chichester stay here. Lots of food outlets nearby also for choice if just grabbing some takeaway for the family. We will be back next time in Chichester.

"Comfortable stay"
We stayed here for 2 nights 16th/17th July 2026 for a wedding in Bosham. Perfect location, only 15 minutes from the wedding venue. Warm greeting on arrival. Receptionist (a lady) was very helpful and friendly. I booked an accessible room which had a lowered bath, plenty of hand rails in the bathroom and an emergency call button next to the bed. Room was a good size with tea/coffee making facilities, choice of pillows (hard or soft), hand wash, shower wash etc provided. Hair dryer. TV. Large comfy bed. Quiet location. Set in a leisure park with other options for eating i.e. KFC, Mcdonalds, Five Guys, Taco Bell. Amusement arcade situated in the cinema complex at the other end of the park. Good value.
Only complaint is that there are only 2 disabled parking spaces outside the hotel. However, general parking was plentiful.
