"Very disappointed with the Premier Inn in Chichester"
Very disappointed with the Premier Inn in Chichester. I think they are very understaffed. We were waiting for a table for breakfast for over thirty minutes. The table was still sticky from the people who sat here before us. Don't know why the food was cooked to order and not the buffet style. It would have made the process a lot quicker and the food might have been warmer. We left most of ours on the plates. It was cold and unappetising. I used to really like Premier Inns but I think they gone downhill.

"Family wedding"
Breakfast was lovely, the food was hot and served quickly, we went at a good time. The rest of the family went down a little later. Staying for a wedding, the location was in good positioning for that. Room was nice and spacious, baths a little too high for us though. Taxi seems reliable so overall very happy

Second time staying here for work, and happy to be back again. Hotel is itself usual clean and tidy, painting work was going on as I saw the signs advertising wet paint. Breakfast and dinner was good as usual

"Not the best."
The room itself needed a bloody good clean, things found under the bed, hairs stuck to the walls and even footprints on the wall. Also, the room was unbearably hot, we kept putting the air con on 19° but this didn't work all the time and changed temperature to 21°. I had to ask for a fan to try and help circulate some air, wasn't brilliant but was a little better. We tried to book in 20 minutes early, which we have managed to do before in other Premiers, but we were told that would cost £15 extra, we decided to wait. We would of had a drink in the bar but they were having terrible difficulty pouring pints.
