I need to make everyone aware of how great a member of the premier inn staff has been! Kathy is on a night shift and has been an absolute diamond. She has gone out off her way to help me and my wife and done it all with a smile on her face! What a lovely human and the premier inn are blessed to have such a nice person representing them.

"Disappointing"
Pros: Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Ample parking.
Cons: Apart from a small hanging space and a bedside table the size of a postage stamp there were no drawers or shelves to put any items on. Consequently all belongings had to remain in the holdall which was incredibly annoying.
There was no extractor in the bathroom so after a morning shower the bathroom mirror was then unuseable. We were attending a wedding which made putting on any makeup almost impossible. We arrived back about midnight and the walls and mirror were still covered with condensation.
I booked a twin room but was given a double, not the end of the world but it seemed to be made up for one person. One dining chair and 1 towel.
All in all a disappointing visit.
