    "Okay but not impressed"
    The room was pretty standard, clean and comfortable. The free wifi was not good. There was no fruit juice at breakfast and some of the staff appeared to need more training as booking a table for an evening meal was quite difficult one evening and how you orderred a meal was different on different evenings.

    The staff at this premier inn are second to none. As a women travelling for business on my own Ana, Tammy, Charmaine and Amiiva have been so amazing and made my many stays here so memorable. So welcoming and have made my many stays so memorable. Always professional and do an amazing job. Keep it up girls you do a great job 👏

    Great breakfast and evening meal, comfortable stay, we booked two rooms, one for me and my husband, one for my mother and my child, would have been nice for the rooms to be closer together.
    "Outstanding staff."
    We had a very pleasurable stay from the moment we arrived. Parking and payment arrangements were very quick and easy, staff very friendly and went out of their way to give us the best service and deals available in the restaurant and were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent; tasty and plentiful. Excellent value for money. I would love to have another excuse to stay here.

    This hotel has plenty of mixed reviews, I think it likely depends on the night of week you go. We went on a very busy Saturday, hotel appeared full. Pros: - Social space is a good touch, plenty of working areas and tables, serves food all day and a bar - Beds and rooms clean and comfortable as the usual premier inn standard - Reception staff welcoming Cons: - Car park is a bit of a joke. Really expensive and loads of free parking and road parking in the area (although the area isn’t great). £8.50 but if you leave and it’s full, you’ve already paid and you’ve no space - Housekeeping team very unwelcoming - No juice at breakfast (orange and apple all run out)
