"Would definitely stay here again 😁"
Stayed here with my boys in a family room for 4 nights plus we had breakfast every morning, Hotel staff were lovely & helpful, Breakfast was amazing, Beds were very comfy & our family room was a perfect size, We left the car in the hotel car park for the 4 days as most things were walking distance, It made for an enjoyable holiday in Birmingham, Would definitely stay here again, Thank you.....
    "Great location, friendly staff"
We had a great stay over the summer holidays. The room was clean, and a family room located at the back of the hotel so really quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the stay, I would definitely stay here again! The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the area too.
"Good for central location, otherwise average"
Very average service. On arrival told room number and nothing else. Parking although advertised as having a car park is nothing to do with the hotel and so 15 pound per night charge will be incurred. On street parking is free for blue badge, but not here. Staff failed to give any information about breakfast timings etc, and written detail in room is lacking. No air con and rooms get very warm with minimal ventilation
    "Average stay"
Reception desk was often left unattended and even though there's a button to press for staff, it still took quite a while for someone to attend. When we arrived at breakfast room, on three mornings there was no-one to take our room number for the register. Duvet cover had spots of blood on it! Noise from outside hotel late at night was terrible
    "A big warm welcome!"
I don't normally leave reviews but definitely wanted to mention how welcoming and accommodating this hotel was. I have stayed here previously alone but this was the first time travelling with my 3.5 year old little boy who is non verbal autistic. They gave us adjoining rooms so that he could swap between me and his grandparents so he was more comfortable and we checked in to find these notes and treats in our rooms which I thought was very sweet after we mentioned we weren't sure how he would handle the change in routine and a new place. Samira was an absolute angel I cannot thank her enough for the warm welcome it made things all that more easier and after he had an accident with a nose bleed in our room they were straight on the case to bring us clean towels and sheets for our bed. The housekeeper that came to the room was also the nicest person and was even suggesting places we could go as a family to make sure my son had the best trip. Thankyou for helping make our first family trip from Devon a success!
