    "Great hotel, friendly staff perfect for our stay in Coventry"
    This is a great hotel and works really well for us as a family when we stay in Coventry . The rooms are clean and spacious and always ready for when we arrive. The reception staff are always friendly and provide you with all the information you need and will always help if you have a query. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back again.
    "Good service, poor disabled facilities"
    Excellent staff, nothing is a problem. Only downside is that they have disability parking but no disability rooms/bathrooms. I slipped in the bath 3 times before I was able to stand up. Unfortunately disability doesn't take a holiday when staying in a hotel
    "Great stay and value for money"
    My stay at this Premier Inn lived up to my expectations. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor, a good size and nice and quiet. I was pleased that there was a bath as well as a shower. It was great to be able to open the window a to bit to allow some fresh air flow which the large floor standing fan circulated to help lower the room temperature. The bed was very comfortable and made up with sheets, no duvet, which was perfect as I stayed in a heatwave! The breakfast at the Beefeater next door was excellent and I had the best soft poached eggs I've ever tasted! The serving staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

    Excellent customer service. We were particularly helped by Harry who made sure of our eating arrangements, early arrival and even left us a little welcome gift in our room for our son.

    I have chosen to stay in this Premier Inn whilst working in Coventry, due to its free on site parking. What I have found is a very clean place and during the hot weather, the fan was already on in the room for me when I got there, the quilt had been removed from the bed so I had no trouble sleeping even when it was very hot. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking, the pub next door is fine and even better the Tamarind just up the road is superb!
