"Comfortable room but restaurant availability was unknown"
Room comfort was usual P I standard, comfortable bed and clean linen with tea & coffee facilities available. Friendly staff.
The restaurant attached (Beefeater) was closed - as expected but the communication over whether or not food would be available was poor. It was unknown if a chef could be found. Obviously there is difficulties with finding staff during the period of change of restaurant facilities at most P I,s. Best to check with your hotel before you arrive as website info not usually up to date.

"Breakfast was poor."
The receptionist was very friendly and hotel clean.
The attached pub will hopefully be getting a full refit as everything was a bit rundown.
Avoid the cooked breakfast it was poor quality, chipolata sausages, overcooked bacon, fried eggs were like rubber with no yolks. Only 1 member of staff working the whole resturant. Not Premier Inn standards at all.
If you are flying from Gatwick wait until you get to the airport to eat.

Stayed at Premier Inn Reigate
Welcome was not warm and had to wait for the receptionist to count money before she could check us in, time was short as we needed to quickly get change ready for a Wedding, hence our arrival prompt at 3pm check in time
Corridor smelt musty
And we were only given one Bath Towel in the Bathroom, obviously only noticed when we went to have a shower
Breakfast across at the Beefeater was excellent, and the welcome from the Team was excellent
The lady that looked after us was cheery, warm & welcoming
Breakfast was freshly cooked and was excellent
