"Great location for Gatwick travellers"
Stayed one night after flying back from holidays into Gatwick.
The room was as every Premier Inn is, we needed extra pillows due to fussy kids lol. A quick ask at reception and the pillows were there.
Good quiet night sleep as always

"Good location but...."
Nasty surprise when we arrived in the evening looking forward to our dinner and a drink, the Beefeater was closed. We had not been informed by Premier Inn. Had we have known we would have brought food with us. The room was okay apart from the broken toilet seat. Apart from that, it is a good location for Gatwick

Reigate we always love staying at premier inn, staff were lovely, but we did have a bad night sleep, the mattress was awful don’t know if it was an old mattress , but it’s wasn’t up to the usual standard .
Also the room was so hot ! The fan in the room didn’t do anything, air con was much needed in the room .

"Comfy bed and fan provided in got weather but NO drinking water available!!"
The only good thing about this place was the bed which was very comfy. In addition, a fan had been provided in the room which was helpful as it was very hot even at 10.15pm when we arrived.
However, there was NO access at all to drinking water. We arrived after a VERY long drive with two parched children, and I was told the only access to water was in the vending machine. (I didn't want to drink water from the bathroom tap as I didn't want to risk any of my family getting ill the day before we went on holiday.) The vending machine took my money TWICE without dispensing a single bottle of water so I am down £6 and no water. The staff member on the desk did not care at all - told me he had no access to the vending machine and he had no water. He showed me behind the desk and showed me staff's 'personal' water in their fridge but said that was it. I said how could he leave two children without water?! He said go and find somewhere open?! There was nowhere open on foot and we weren't prepared to put the very tired children back in the car and drive in an area we didn't know to find water. His attitude was disgusting!! I had to boil the kettle and wait for it to cool to get water i felt was safe to drink. Absolutely abysmal!! Avoid this hotel!
