Ipswich South East hotel

Should warn customers when they book that the Brewers Fayre on site is no good for mealtimes. It will be closing in Sept but we weren't forewarned and unfortunately went to this dirty filthy place for our evening meal. The meal was warm, overdone and minimal. The surroundings were filthy and generally unkempt and the staff aren't bothered by any of it. Premier Inn should tell people how bad it is because the staff knew when we raised our disappointment with them!

Not the best experience I have ever had whilst staying in a hotel, I was informed when I got there by pieces of A4 paper stuck on the windows that there would not be food available for 2 nights in the restaurant due to staff shortages. It actually meant the whole pub was closed not just no food. On top of this the room I stayed in had an awful smell and didn't appear to be very clean. The bed was comfy as usual but the hotel seems very tired and needs an upgrade, the staff didn't communicate the lack of the food service at all to me during my stay including the check in desk where they could see my reservation included a n evening meal. Poor overall.

Excellent customer service from Veronica always very helpful and full of knowledge, she recommended nice places to visit and always good for a chat when I work away here

Spoke to Suzi in reception. Warm welcome and friendly. Answered all of my questions and was very professional. Suzi spoke to my daughter about school and made her feel very welcome. She made sure I filled out all relevant information and double checked that I entered car registration! Nice , comfortable hotel.
