"Wicked food, great service!"
Stopped for a week with work. The staff were amazing and so was the food. Julie really mad us feel welcome and perfect blend of attentive with chill.

Hotel was fine, its a Premier Inn, you know what you are getting. The reason for 1 star is i booked the hotel to be fresh for a long day in meeting, i would have be better driving the 3 hours the morning of the meetings and i would have still got longer in bed. What can only be described as a baby rhino must have been put in the room above me and woke up at 05:20 and must have thought i will get my 10k steps in before breakfast and for 2 hours stomped around the room none stop. Advice and note to self request top floor room next time.

A big shout out to Julie and the team they really went above and beyond to enjoy our 3 days in Bury St Edmunds. We only had breakfast and the display was amazing well done Chef keep up the good work 👏 All in all we would highly recommend this hotel and come back again. Bravo.đŸ«Ą

Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed in. Non-refundable price of £152 for one night and NO breakfast, so not good value. Not sure whether to stay there again unless nothing else available.
