    "Memorable stay loved it"
    Excellent staff helpful and friendly food was good couldn’t fault my stay at the Albert Dock premier inn Situated in the perfect place for all amenities 10 minutes from the city centre

    Hotel is a great location and room was good size. Only issue was having no opening window on the room, there was air con but it felt quite suffocating not having any direct fresh air. Also getting ready for a night out and using hair spray etc I was then trapped in a fog 🤣

    Love the Albert Dock Premier Inn, it’s quirky and usually very good (stayed a few times) but this time it fell short. Air conditioning not working in the room, very dark in the room also as the window was at the far end of the very long room and it could’ve done with a couple more lights. The TV kept cutting out and the bathroom was in dire need of a refurb. None of the above spooked our weekend away as we were mostly out and about but it nearly cost us £400 for 2 nights and I expected better and we’ve definitely had better before at this hotel. Would think twice before staying here again in the future which is a shame.

    Fantastic location - lovely clean, comfortable room. Also room was very quiet! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely be returning in the future.

    Stayed for one night room was comfortable but still had previous owners decor in room can be noisy at times from inside and outside the breakfast was poor and overcooked and your feet stuck to the floor throughout the restaurant because it’s on the docks don’t think it’s special try the premier inn in the city centre well cleaner and modern
