Whitstable hotel

Small premier inn, however the staff: in particular Amelia & Stephen were very helpful and every query was met with a smile. The cleaning staff were also very accommodating and helpful. Our premier plus room, was very good: Clean, bed was extremely comfortable, my only small gripe would be that the tv should be a smart tv and a chest of drawers for clothing would be nice to have. However in no way did this spoil our stay. Breakfast was 10/10: great choices, the evening meals not so much. I don’t think I would choose to eat there in the evening; quality of food was 5/10; parts were ok, but other parts were below par. All in all, I would recommend this premier inn.

We stayed for 3 nights in room 123 and enjoyed our recently upgraded large room. Lovely bedroom and shower roam. Very good customer service.

Avoid this hotel. It was extremely noisy and the heating in the room didn’t work. A team member got it going for 5 minutes , it then turned off and wouldn’t come back on. Our room was near the stairs and the door was continuously banging which kept us awake at night. The front of the hotel was scruffy with wire fencing blocking off what used to be the restaurant and bar. On a positive note the breakfast was very good and the staff tried to help the situation.

Awful experience. Was meant to be in a disabled accessible room but i cant fot my wheelchair in the bathroom.... its a standard electric wheelchair. Initally i was told that if i stayed over the weekend they would move me to another bigger room but now ive been told i need to pay for an upgrade. They shouldnt advertise rooms that arent wheelchair accessible as being so and i feel an inconvenience for being disabled. The front door is extremely heavy ive seen other wheelchair users have to ask reception to open it so they can get out. It limits things and i feel trapped

Great stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Large room which we liked. All staff were attentive to our needs from reception, restaurant and room staff. Would highly recommend. The meal deal - evening meal and breakfast was great value for money. Thank you team.
