We arrived Saturday 1st August to check in to this hotel when we arrived we was assigned room 118 by Byron when we got to room their was an issue within our room and we reported this back to Byron he then had a look at changing us room he then went out of his way took us to check the 2nd room was good for us then placed us into room 3 on ground floor then again unfortunately after we moved into room 3 again I then plugged my phone charger in and the whole electrical system went off and we then again had to be moved room. Byron then after the 2nd time of moving us 3rd time the room was perfect for us after he had already moved us 2 times also he had made the bed up for us in the first room and then offered again to make it up for us again which we said to him no that’s fine we il make this bed up. But we cannot fault the customer service in which Byron had given us and did for us during our stay thank you Byron your a pleasure to be welcomed by at the Priemer inn Gillingham buisness park thank you.

"Worst night’s sleep due to ridiculous policy in the heat"
Had the worst night’s sleep in this hotel. No air con, useless fan & staff couldn’t care less. It was quite cool outside but the ridiculous policy of not being able to open window made it a horrendous night.
I ended up spending 2 hours in my car trying to sleep as it was better than this.
Complained via the good night’s sleep guarantee & no joy - NEVER AGAIN!!

"Brilliant customer service"
Booked a hotel room where I had a car accident and due to the shock accidentally booked the wrong date. I arrived at the hotel unaware of my own mistake until checking in, thankfully a staff member by the name of Shelley helped to rectify my booking so I could stay the same night instead of me being stuck. I was helped out when I need it most!! Definitely recommend, not only was the customer service amazing but everything else was great.

"Not a good choice in hot weather!"
Not one for a visit in hot weather! The room was baking hot and really impossible to sleep as there was no a/c, just a fan which sent hot air around the room. The food in the attached restaurant also seemed below the usual Premier Inn standard.

"Good if its not a heat wave"
No air conditioning. I know it does say but even when it was cool outside the rooms where 31 degrees through the night even 2 days after the heat wave ended. Fan was quiet but useless. We had fo keep corridor door open until we went to sleep but we where on the top floor so no one walked past.
