"Pretty decent overall"
The Premier Inn at Ware is on the whole pretty decent. Could be cleaner but then I am mega fussy. My only real complaint is that the room was stifling and the windows do not open. I could only get the heating system in the room to go down to 19c but maybe I was being stupid. The bed was really comfy and the room smelled fresh. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The Beefeater next door is sadly a disaster. Again super friendly staff but quality and quantity of food was really poor.

"Lovely Premier Inn"
We stayed here with our 4 year old in a family room.
The hotel was what we would hope from a Premier Inn.
It was clean with modern decor, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and shower, which was hot and had great water pressure! Air con in the room was good and there were instructions on how to adjust it to your needs.
Direct access to the restaurant from the hotel was a bonus, so we didn't have to walk outside. There was a good selection at breakfast.
There was ample free parking and the hotel is close to the town centre.

"Good experience, let down by Beefeater staff"
Overall the experience was as to be expected from a premier inn. Clean, efficient and within the brand standard. Everyone at the front desk was always helpful and the chamber maids asked how our stay was going which was surprisingly welcome. The only issue we had was after coming back from our event, we have a daughter who was asleep in the bar within her pushchair. We were with friends so post her sleeping, we decided to have a drink in the bar of which we were told ‘they’re closed’ an hour before the advertised timings, which meant we had no choice but to just go sit in our room. The only downside as took the shine on what was otherwise a lovely stay.
We get Beefeaters are closing across the country, but still not ok.

"Worst food ever at Premier Inn"
Room was clean as was the bathroom. Evening meal was terrible. According to the app children would eat free with paying adult but when we went for dinner we were told we would have to pay for children. Food wasn’t great. Wouldn’t go there again. They did have breakfast free but breakfast was very chaotic. There was no organisation whatsoever.
