    "Another premier stay"
    I can’t really find any fault apart from the the room being a little dated and hot. The fantastic service and the all you can eat breakfast made up for it. From check in to check out the service was outstanding. Marc in particular very cheerful and always asked if we need anything.

    Nice hotel with good standards as expected from Premier Inn. Staff were extremely friendly, a credit to the company. Room was clean with two fans provided during warm weather - a godsend!
    "Great Stay"
    Having read the reviews, I got a rough idea what to expect but this Premier Inn, was the cheapest for our requirements which was a interconnecting family rooms. However, actually we were more than happy with our stay. Our rooms most part clean, the edges need a deep clean and the walls require a repaint. It's just a bit tired but staff lovely, parking free and our room was quiet, we slept well. Would certainly stay here again if needed.

    Stayed on the weekend to visit family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room were cleaned. We had breakfast for both Saturday, Sunday and it was very good.
    "not up to standard"
    the staff did their best, but the building and facilities are not up to standard. (1) no air conditioning, and very hot weather -the provided fans insufficient to cool the room. (2) shower over too-high bath, which reached half-way up my thigh (and I am average height). Result - I could not enter it unaided: needed to make a step of towels both inside and outside the bath to get in. (3) Wi-Fi too weak, connection so slow as to be unusable. (4) room not cleaned during our 2-night stay. On the second evening, noticed info to this effect in very tiny print on the info inside the room; and on leaving noticed info to this effect on upright of reception desk, underneath the desk itself - in both cases, out of line of sight; and we were not informed of this on arrival. The building's facilities need a BIG upgrade. The only good side: pleasant staff. Currently, particularly because of the height of the bath, which I must take to be the 'norm' for the Premier Inn chain (well over a comfortable height to enter), cannot recommend this hotel.
