    "Over priced food at hotel"
Premier Inn Hereford Holmer on first look it was fine but at checking in was told I had to pay again as they could not find my payment even after me showing them my email with payment been made.but after a short time they found my payment was given a ground floor room nice room soft bed On going to the dinning room was small with the kitchen in view for all to see on looking at the menu and seeing how the food was been cooked it was very over priced drinks was outrageous prices for can of any soft drinks 330ml was £3:45per can a small bottled beer was £6:50 fish and chips was £15:95 all cooked in an air fryer we went out for food and got two fish and chips and drinks for £12:95 so hotel room good the dinning room over priced would stay again but would eat out as it's cheaper
    "Hot room"
There was nothing wrong with the room or service, but there is no air conditioning and the room was so hot we didn’t get any sleep at all. It was 23 degrees during the day and 18 at night so not an overly hot day, but the room was very very warm and didn’t cool down with the window open or a fan.
    "Premier Inn Hereford"
Greetings, my experience at the Premier Inn Hereford was satisfactory. The room was consistently clean; however, it lacked air conditioning, though a fan was provided, and fortunately, the windows could be opened. The most disappointing aspect was the closure of the pub for meals. Although there is a standalone restaurant on-site, it offers limited meal options. Furthermore, all the restaurants at Premier Inns seem to neglect the inclusion of fresh vegetables (not merely peas). With the government encouraging healthy eating, perhaps this should be a priority for your establishment?
    "Return visit"
Staff were very welcoming. Room disappointing rather basic since our last visit. Restaurant now in-house from our last visit. Very compact so not a comfortable experience.pleased we only had breakfast. Food that we had was well cooked and plentiful.
    "Not that Premier at all"
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely breakfast. Now we have the positive points covered, let's do the not so good ones. The room was clean, but tired, and was so far from reception we could have caught a bus to it. The old Beefeater restaurant is now closed, and breakfast and dinner are now served in a small room on the ground floor. The evening menu is very limited and, whilst the fish and chips were ok, my wife's curry was a boil in the bag 'ping' meal, as witnessed when it was being plated up. Overall, not a great advert for Premier Inn, certainly not at the price charged.
