"Fantastic Stay!"
Booked room at short notice due to a letdown of another hotel. Stayed in room 301 and 10/10 would recommend! Offered Baylis and Harding hand wash and body wash to use during stay. Beds clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Leanne the supervisor took me under her wings and met all my need my short one week stay. A big thank you to the rest of the team.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay especially Athena who was so lovely to my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. The rooms were also spacious and very clean with comfortable beds.

"Would stay here again"
Newly refurbished, rooms were great. On a main road but well insulated that you couldn't hear any traffic. Air con worked well. Lots of extra tea, coffee, milk, and towels at reception that you could help yourself too. Lots of parking, we arrived late but still spaces to park. If hotel is busy, breakfast is a nightmare, our first morning was awful, waited 40 mins to be served despite chasers. Juice, plates, bowls, milk, etc all needed restocking, had to keep asking. I waa disappointed that breakfast had to be booked, weren't told that in advance and they only had a really early or really late slot for our first day. We were meeting family so were over an hour late. Would we stay here again for sure but we would factor more time for breakfast. This hotel gets extremely busy with cruise guests!
