Big shout to Amiee for her absolute amazing way she dealt with my daughter and granddaughter when they had to stay at the hotel during an emergency situation. Her customer service was above and beyond! Kind and empathetic. Thank you so much For helping my daughter through a difficult time x

The customer service was very poor by the young gentleman when checking in and asking general questions about my stay very rude. USB port in the room was not working. Breakfast was ok and staff were helpful.

We usually book this hotel when attending matches at Old Trafford. The location is excellent - right across the road from the stadium. Parking is available on site but costs extra. The main draw here is the location. Other than that the rooms / amenities are largely what you would expect from a Premier Inn. The rooms are in need of some maintenance / upgrading. Our rooms on the 1st floor had stains in the bathtub, a broken toilet roll holder and missing door hooks in tbe bathroom. Our rooms window could also not be opened so we couldn't get a fresh breeze into the room unfortunately. The rooms are air conditioned however. The staff we encountered were all friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, this is a good choice of hotel if you are visiting Old Trafford or the nearby Victoria Warehouse venue.

We Came back to this hotel I think it’s the fifth time in a year and yet again we had an amazing experience reception and our rooms were spotless clean as well as the toilet and restaurant. All the staff deserve huge credit from the manager to the two Jo’s,Valeria,maddie and especially Amie if you read this Amie You are brilliant at your job and deserve a promotion you’ve looked after us brilliantly yet again and gone above and beyond to look after me my wife and three children Katie Ava and baby Arthur. Another special thank you to the receptionist Debbie yet again brilliant service from her kind caring and give my two eldest children some colouring books. And thank you to the manager for giving my two daughters a couple of toys. Over our four nights stay we ate every night at the restaurant the food was very good quality and the menu had a very good selection and a shout out to the Cleaners/housekeepers you are doing an amazing job. Keep up the fantastic work I really recommend people come and stay at this hotel. Basically well done to every staff member because that hotel is run brilliantly. I hope the boss is higher up at Premier Inn see this.
