"ood value hotel"
We came early and stored oujr bags until 3 PM checkin, quick, efficient. Our room was very large, but most was wasted. It had a tiny clothes cupboard, probably 2 feet by 3 feet long, and noit tall enough for a dress, one small drawer underneath. There were a couple of hooks next to it. Desk was small. Don't the people who design these rooms realize travelers come with --luggage! - and need storage? Bathrooom was small, should have designed it for more counter space. The sink was clogging. Breakfast was a good deal for 14 L, lot of different coffees from machine, eggs sunny side up and scrambled, meats, tomatoes nad mushrooms, fruit, panckaes to heat up for kids, cereals. Staff was friendly and responsive. Good value hotel, easy to get around tube, opposite British Library and near beautiful St Pancras hotel . Met our needs.
"Great position but not enough staff/staff training."
Excellent position for St Pancras and plenty of restaurants in area. Lovely bedroom. Biggest problem is lack of staff and the fact some staff are not trained enough. Bar staff especially. Customers not being served in order. Staff not knowing how to mix cocktails unless they have a card to read. Dont know what certain brands are. Too busy chatting to each other. Poor english. Queues at breakfast just to check in. Same checkin staff trying to clear tables. Could be so much better .
"Disappointed customer"
Have stayed here for many years, this year the hotel has changed all self service, no tea or coffe male staff very obnoxious no heating any where in the hotel, bedroom stinks of pizza, shortage of staff cannot believe they give a free drink on a Saturday for new visitors and not on a Friday. Last time I will be visiting shall look elsewhere, very disappointing.
"Great stay"
Location was very good, the room was also very nice and clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful, especially Aster, who was so helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again
"Conveniently Located"
The location of this hotel is perfect if you're coming in through Kings Cross, St. Pancras, or Euston Station. The beds are exceedingly comfortable. It's not a far walk to anything (we walked to Leicester Square). The breakfast is decent but they don't keep it stocked very well, so you often have to wait for things, but the coffee is good so the wait is tolerable. We stay here often, and it's always worth coming back.
