"Premier Inn London Hayes, Heathrow North"
Even though it is not the most modern Premier Inn, the welcome we received was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The manager Cara welcomed all the guests by their first names, and was extremely efficient, quickly resolving any queries or small issues guests may have. The food in the restaurant was good, the breakfast being cooked to order. There are good transport links, with a bus stop right outside the hotel.

"Don't book it stinks"
Outdated building has a horrible stench smell. Dirty carpet and room was very smelly dirty bathroom surfaces not cleaned towels looked stained

The staff was wonderful, very considerate and polite. They made us feel extremely welcome upon our arrival. They made the stay comfortable to my family and I, especially considering we have young children.

Pleasant enough stay, room was accessible & clean...
Just wish we had a water cooler , it would have made things much easier & better !!!
