"Lovely staff and fantastic breakfast"
The room was looking a little tired but we were forewarned the hotel was getting updated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean so we were happy with the price we paid, especially since it was a very busy gig at Wembley weekend ( which is why we were there) staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Easy parking and easy transport links. Will definitely use again.

We were welcomed very warmly and professionally by Jags/Anjal.
They were very attentive especially with the Gluten free allergens information.
Sorted out the air conditioning in the restaurant and offered us the dinner/breakfast deal.

"Worst Premier Inn"
I don't normally leave reviews for Premier Inns. But this was the worst we have stayed at. Arriving there was plenty of parking. The staff friendly. The room clean, but there was some noise from other guests at night.
The adjacent pub, which has since closed was where we went for breakfast. It's in need of modernising. The first thing that greeted me was a slight damp smell.
Having paid we were told there was no butter (so no toast) and no orange juice. They only had semi skimmed milk on the counter. The fruit selection looked like it wasn't that fresh, so we didn't have it.
The table was sticky and I could see food/crumbs between the 90's style vinyl seats. The cooked breakfast was okay. We were glad we didn't eat there the previous night. We won't be going back to this hotel

The staff are friendly and polite. The room was clean.
The downside was that given the high temperatures it would have been practical to have bottled water in the room.
The breakfast was fine, I was disappointed that the poached eggs where extremely hard and not enjoyable they use back bacon streaky is always more palatable.
