"Family friendy"
Our umpteenth visit to this hotel but first with my son, daughter in law and 2 granddaughters and we could not have been treated better, My extended family felt at home here as my wife and I do. My two young granddaughters (aged 10 and 4) felt comfortable in the surroundings and the staff could not have made any more of a fuss of them (or us) if they tried. We love the location and keep coming back and this is due to being given 5* treatment every time. The rooms were comfortable and clean, good having the air conditioning, beds were comfortable with everyone having a good nights rest. The bathroom was immaculate and the service was spot excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out.

Excellent stay. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff went above and beyond to meet needs. Will stay again.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Near transport links making sightseeing around London easy. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. We visited during the heatwave so the air conditioning was extremely welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi wasn’t so great. All in all a great hotel where we’d stay again.
"Excellent stay , fabulous staff"
Stayed here for the night. Made an error when booking spoke to both Mac and Argos who reassured me and helped rectify the issue. On arrival Egla was nothing but pleasant explaining the facilities available the parking situation and making sure our rooms were ready for our arrival. The rooms were lovely, I wasn’t expecting much but it has really changed my whole impression of premier inn. I will definitely be rebooking for my next trip to london
