There is no onsite car parking at this hotel. Shared parking is available at SE10 8JL with Stay City Apartment Hotels and local residential flats, charged at £12 per night. Parking spaces are limited and operate on a first come first served basis. Alternative pay and display on-street parking is also available around the hotel and is free from 5pm-9am.

"Lovely room, nice breakfast but terrible customer service when raising a complaint. Won't stay again."
Lovely room. During the night, the fire alarm went off intermittently for half an hour at 2 o'clock am. We were not given an information about leaving the hotel or staying in the rooms. We were told that as we didn't sleep we wpuld receive a full refund by the manager. We were also charged for staying at a Premier Inn in another area if London, money left our bank. We ere told to email the Complaints email address, we did and they said they had no record of the 2nd payment, even though I attached the invoice we had been emailed. Now we are told we will not get a refund for the room we supposedly slept in. Terrible customer service. Will not stay here again.
"Poor service. Limited bar service."
Very busy. Poor service. Just close bar no warning. Won’t allow residents a drink later in (eg 11pm) in bar. Unpleasant noisy noise experience overall.
"Worst premier inn experience"
Sadly the worst premier inn stay we’ve had. The toilet seat had yellow stains on it. The coffee mugs were not clean. The water tank in the coffee machine was not clean. There were bits of broken glass in the lift. The free wi-fi is supposedly unlimited but we had to keep our wi-fi turned off to be able to use internet ! It was not a pleasant experience. The only plus point was the comfy bed
"Smelly"
I stayed in a room which smelt so bad, i opened the window while I left hoping it would be gone but it was still there when I got back. I tried to find someone at the lobby to complain by nobody was there.
"Nice place"
Nice hotel, staff friendly and rooms were great, breakfast was good alot of choice. Would stay again, shower was excellent, not much noise at night
