"Highly recommend."
Although when we stayed there were major renovations being done to the outside, there was zero noise inside. We stayed 2 nights midweek, place was spotless, food was plenty full at breakfast and I have to commend every staff member we met, everyone was so friendly and could not do enough for us. Highly recommend as one of the best premier inn'ive stayed at.
"Three day stay in London with Family"
I have stayed in Premier Inn hotels for the last fifteen years and have always had a brilliant experience. I’m afraid this was a total let down. We arrived on time but was told our room was not ready at 3pm. Luckily we had two rooms booked so was able to all go into one room while we waited. Next, as others have said, the hotel is under construction. Little did I know that we would have workmen outside our bedroom window hammering at the wall at 7.46am!!! Not acceptable when I am on annual leave and looking forward to a lay in! This went on for the remainder of our stay apart from Saturday morning when they must have had a day off! I have photos and recordings of the racket we had to endure! Then there was the issues with key cards. Every night we had to go to reception to sort out the key cards. Last night there was a family sat in the corridor while they waited for their key card to be sorted for over 20 minutes. Overall terrible experience which is a shame as the location of the hotel is perfect for London, with tube and McDonalds practically next door. Recommend if you can change your booking to a different hotel then I would! Nearly £600 for 3 days so wished I had known this beforehand as it was not advertised. Ooh yes, and the lifts or should I say lift! Only one to be used by all staying in the hotel. I will say though that the staff that we saw obviously work really hard and are right now having a hard time trying to keep customer’s happy! There should be more staff on hand to help so this is review is not a reflection on the staff working at the hotel. Not the Premier inn experience we are used too.
"A great stay"
Had a great stay at Archway, it was a lovely place to stay. There is a lot of external building work going on at the hotel. It did not impact of stay though.
"Not worth the money"
Stayed for 8 days in total. Due to the construction, only one elevator works. So almost 7-8 minutes of wait time to get space in the elevator. Really bad. Free internet is the worst. Room card doesn’t work. Every day, has to buzz the front desk and get a new replacement card. Only thing worked was the bed and the breakfast spread. And access to the tube.
"Holiday"
Fantastic staff Ludo & the team work excellently together to give a great customer experience & very focused on providing excellent service we come a few times a year to this hotel as it csters to our specific needs as the only premier inn hotel with a ceiling hoist.
