"Good hotel, but needs freshening up."
We like the Hub By Premier Inn brand, unfortunately the Spitalfields Brick Lane one is starting to show its age a bit, needs a refurb, quite a bit of peeling paint etc. However it’s staff are great and work hard to give guests a good experience. The Continental Breakfast is adequate without being very exciting ( the porridge was more milk than oats) We like the rooms which are functional and quite compact, we had a nice view of Fournier St from our floor to ceiling window. The aircon could not be set any lower than 18° which during the summer heatwave was not low enough.
"Excellent hotel in a great location"
We stayed for one night and had a really positive experience. The staff were very friendly and check in was super quick. The room although compact was adequate for a short stay, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was perfect. The continental breakfast was very good and well presented. The complimentary tea/coffee is a very welcome touch. The hotel is a very good location and we will definitely use again when in London.
"Comfortable, convenient stay in the “hub” of the city."
Great location for all tourist venues. Check in was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, adequate for my needs. The bed was comfortable. Lovely towels. Good continental breakfast. Tea, coffee and water provided throughout the day. Bar facility at very reasonable prices. Will definitely use this hotel again.
"Convenient location and great customer service"
Recently stayed at Covent Garden Premier Inn Hub and had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent - so easy to get around and pop back in if you need to. Also the staff were excellent - nothing too much trouble and so helpful. They really made our stay 5 star. Thank you! Totally recommend this hotel and would go back again.
"Adequate…. Just."
Room disappointingly small, tired and in need of a deep clean. Did not like the fact that there was a door (locked) which gave access to the bedroom leaving me (solo woman) feeling less than secure. Tea / coffee facility would be an improvement. I wouldn’t return, adequate if you require a central location and somewhere to lay your head and you’re happy with accommodation that scrapes a 3 star rating. To conclude on a positive note, the Staff, Christina and her colleagues, were helpful, friendly, and very welcoming. They were just lovely, Premier Inn - give them a pay increase. Perhaps the cleaners too……
