Beverley Town Centre hotel

Arrived about 1.00pm and they wanted £15 to check in early so had to come back at 2.50 even though we had fully paid in advance. Room Baking hot during first night, could not turn the temp down. Reception informed me that the system showed the room set at 23c hence so hot overnight. We could not sleep. Bathroom POOR, high bath to step into for shower, no slip mat, shower head spraying water everywhere even v close to lights in ceiling, filthy soap dispensers. Won't use Premier Inn again.

Hotel was in a good location being just a short walk into town . The area was quiet at night. Hotel was clean and tidy and staff were friendly. The multi storey car park was practically nextdoor and was reasonably priced for a long stay.

We were disappointed with our stay this time. We have stayed here quite frequently. The staff at reception were friendly. We had an evening meal which was poor. We and everyone else in the dining room had a very long wait for our food - over an hour. When it did arrive it was not what I ordered so was taken away . When it eventually came back it was on a cold plate and was very poorly presented. The cook in the kitchen was not coping well and needs more training. She was. Incredibly slow and only seemed capable of cooking one meal at a time hence the delay. It would be interesting to know what her qualifications were for the job. The senior member of staff disappeared just after 7:30 pm and left a young person in charge of dealing with a difficult situation in the restaurant which she did as well as she could on her own . The bedroom was fine apart from dirty mugs on the tea tray which had not been washed from the previous guests. The bathroom had only one towel provided for two of us. The air conditioning was faulty in the room. Location was central for Beverley . It was quiet along our corridor.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful, probably the best premier inn breakfast I have ever had, room was very clean and comfy, parking in the multistory, rate is £10 for 24 hrs, plenty of EV points and no need to move when complete

We often stay at premier inns they are always so comfortable and you know what your getting. The location was good, parking was very close we paid £10 for 24hr parking in the multi storey car park. Had to use the free WiFi while in our room as the phone signal was poor. Shower worked well and over all cleanliness was good.
