Comfortable bed and good shower located close to the motorway so ideal for a necessary stop over to break up a journey. The communal stairs and corridor needed a good clean.

Excellent stay. Always come back for business. Emma, lisa and charlotte make the extra effort. They are a credit to the organisation

We just wanted to say thank you so much to Charlene who went above and beyond of her duties to assist us and make us feel so accommodated. We were in need of 2 x accessible rooms however these were not available however Charlene went out of her way to ensure we were able to feel as comfortable as possible in every other way. She assisted our diabetic son with getting him a sandwich and some food to keep his sugars up, and assisted us with multiple other things throughout our nights stay. She was not going to be there for the morning so the night of she arranged for us to have a very small goody bag for our long journey home the next day, which was so kind! We wanted to say thank you so much to her for her assistance, kindness and empathy and believe that she is what a manager should be! Thank you again!!

Our stay has broken our belief that all Premier Inns are a safe bet. They aren’t and this one proved it. Reception staff very friendly, and that was the only positive. We are in our late 60s, and being put in a room that was the very furthest from reception meant a long long walk through several doors to get there. We almost chose not to eat at the restaurant (probably shouldn’t have anyway) it was such a trek. The bed was clean and comfortable but the rest of the room was plain awful. A huge heavy sliding door into the bathroom which was so stiff it took two hands to open and close, the bathroom floor was obviously a wet room or similar at one time and was ingrained with dirt and felt soft under foot. The toilet seat was loose, everything was beyond tired. We won’t ever go back.
