"Don't buy the meal deal, they cant guarantee you'll eat"
The hotel staff were good. Unfortunately the hotel chain let the score down. Don't sell food packages if you cant guarantee you can provide it. No evening restaurant or bar available. I had to ask for a refund and still waiting for it!!!
If it wasn't for the wonderful breakfast staff member BEV my score would be a ZERO. BEV was a delight to have serve you in the morning. Polite, helpful and a true asset to the Team.

Sadly been going to this hotel for a while , premier inn have now taken over the restaurant and it’s complete carnage , you could not use the restaurant if you had not already pre booked your meal . Short staffed short on food even the people with meal deals were getting fed up . The hotel is now getting tatty I had a crap room next to the stairs and you hear every person coming and going . Sadly as with the majority of premier inns this place is getting run into the ground and is very expensive for what it is !! Won’t be back

"Shouting GOOD MORNING at 2am is not cool!"
Woken up at 2am by drunk girls walking down the corridor shouting GOOD MORNING then SHHHHH. Complained to reception the next morning and she said that the night watch didn't report anything like that happening. That's it. Nothing else. Disappointing response.
Car park is rough as old boots and parking space lines worn out.
Water/damp damage around the skirting board in the room.
Not the cleanest Premier Inn really and the noise from drunk people spoilt it.

Room price quoted, in final stage of booking with app jumped up £30.00?
Questions raised upon arrival just dismissed out of hand. Traversing the car park upon arrival was like crossing a ploughed field,
Weren’t informed room in different post code to entrance and reception.
Weren’t informed food and drink had severely restricted hours. No food nor drink available upon arrival
