Milton Keynes Central (Xscape) hotel

Well placed for the centre of MK, not too far from the railway station. A warm welcome from the guy at the desk whose name was either Reg or Ron, an earlier check in was available, much needed and super easy to upgrade to. £15 extra however it would've been that much had I arrived at 11am. Nice comfy bed, clean room and bathroom. For the location I wasn't expecting beautiful views, just a place to stay. The only noise I encountered was from the room next door engaging in a 6am exercise routine 🤷🏻‍♂️ but that was alright, I just got up and used the free tea/coffee followed by a pre-breakfast soak in the tub. A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff! Excellent value for money too. Thank you so much!

There is one reason, and one reason only why we continue to choose this Premier Inn over any others in the area and it is all down to Rej on reception. He is the most kindest, caring and friendliest men I have ever come across. Nothing is too much bother for him, he even carries your bags into the room. Our hope is that as this hotel is being taken over by another company you will keep Rej. If they have anything about them as a company they will look after this member of staff, you dont come across many like him, he will be an absolute asset to them. Thank you Rej for all you do, you make staying over at the hotel an absolute joy.

We went to the Premier Inn for what we thought would be a relaxing weekend. During the first night of our stay we experience bugs crawling all over us while we laid in the bed. The hotel moved us to another room which resulted in one of having to sleep on the floor during due to the new room not having enough beds! Both both me and my daughter were bitten and she even has them on her face. My daughter was only in the for bed for about half an hour and has been from head to toe. I hate to think what it would be like if she was in there for longer. I have been staying at the premier in for over 10 years but sadly the hotel has gone don't recently and money isn't been spent on the upkeep. Although we have received a refund to our stay this hasn't cover the cost of the amount we have spent out on having to wash and replace our personal belongings. We have contacted head office by phone and email nobody has had the decency to contact us back. I think an apology is the least after our experience as I don't appreciate me and my daughter being bitten by bed bugs! I also have video footage of the bugs but it wouldn't let me upload
