Slough hotel

Perfectly located for a family trip to legoland, we have stayed here previously and would stay again. We received a warm welcome from the check in staff who directed us to our room and explained how the car parking system worked (come and go as you please and just pay after check out using the machine at the entrance). The hotel areas and rooms were clean and had everything we needed, parking was plentiful and easy to pay for on departure. There's a sainsburys next door and a tesco just down the road with a petrol station and the main high street is just a 10-15 min walk away and is jam packed with places to eat. Whilst we appreciate the hotel is popular with families unfortunately not all guests were considerate of other guests in terms of noise levels, with shouted conversations in corridors, slamming doors and thumping around in rooms, we had our children with us and were very mindful of our movements etc in the room, would just be nice if everyone was as thoughtful! Just a heads up if you prefer a quieter place to stay! That aside we would recommend the hotel and would return in the future

Perfect location, just around the corner from our Daughter. Value was ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was a little tired but liveable. Clean upon arrival but not cleaned on the 2nd day or tea/coffeee filled up. Had to go to reception to get more Tea/coffee. Very comfy bed and bedding. The aircon did sound like a leaking radiator.

Lovely hotel. Clean, welcoming, comforable. Food was lovely and reasonable. We stayed here when visiting Legoland and it was convient for the short commute each day.

We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Slough, and I especially want to recognise Sandeep in the restaurant for truly outstanding service. From the moment we were greeted, Sandeep was exceptional, confident, engaging, and incredibly friendly. She made us feel completely looked after. Her efficiency and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed, and she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and genuine approach. Sandeep is an absolute credit to the team and deserves recognition for the high standard of service she provides. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good value for money, specially for families with kids eating free. There is a supermarket as well close by and walking distance to the town centre (interesting characters in this town though) but perfect place to be if you are flying from Heathrow which is very close. Needs a bit of improvement on cleanliness of carpets and a few touch ups in bathroom, but mattress very comfy, so overall very good value for money. Be mindful that you car park is paid aside of your hotel fees.
