      "Disappointed stay."
      Food was dire as some of the items were not replenished at breakfast. Duvets too thick for the temperature. Disabled parking good.

      Best team experience at Premier Inn. From check in to housekeeping and waiting staff . This venue have a very experienced team of staff who made our stay extremely enjoyable
      "Air Con not working. Room not cleaned."
      Check in, no problem. Room changed to a quieter one upon request. Got back in the room in the early hours, the Air Con wasn't working, too tired to go to reception so opened the window for some air. Room was very hot and a very restless sleep. Went to reception in the morning and told a Gentleman at reception about the Air Con not working and could we have our room cleaned (we also left the sign on the door), he said he would sort it. This was well before 12 o'clock. Got back to the room again in the early hours. The Air Con wasn't working and the room hadn't been cleaned. We went straight to reception. After ringing the bell several times a lady arrived. We told her about the Air Con and she disappeared into the Office, a few seconds later she said it was working now. They only had to switch it on in the corresponding room! We told her the room hadn't been cleaned and she tried to blame us for not letting reception know before 12 o'clock. We have been here quite a few times and the service has been excellent but this time we feel let down and disappointed with our stay at the Premier inn Slough.
      "Yearly visit"
      Our yearly visit to see friends in the area, after checking into our room we noticed problems with air con, my husband went down to reception and Pandeep came up to try and sort it for us as it was leaking badly he suggested we change rooms, his colleague Aman managed to get us a room opposite our original room they were so attentive and kind. The restaurant staff were fabulous they were rushed off their feet the manger was excellent. We stay at premier inns very frequently but we always find the staff at this one first rate and have been working here for many years Well done too you all see you again next June
      "Wedding stop over."
      We stayed 2 nights as we were attending a wedding. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet despite being next to the daul carriageway. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Evening meal was good and breakfast up to normal high Premier standard. Pleanty of parking available.

      Hotel description

      Slough. And Premier Inn really is the perfect place to break the journey. Minutes away from the motorway network and Slough train station, you can zoom into London, or scoot around the sights nearby. Which royal residence would you like to visit? In under an hour you're in Paddington, with Buckingham Palace just up the road. But Windsor is even closer, and there's Legoland too. Wherever you're headed, return to your own palace here at Slough, with comfy beds and a Thyme restaurant too.
