How far in advance can I book?
You can make bookings up to 12 months in advance.
How do I know if my booking has been confirmed?
When you make a booking you’ll be given a booking reference; we’ll include this reference in your confirmation email too.
You can use your booking reference to view your booking. To do this, click the ‘Manage bookings/Log in’ button in the top right-hand corner of the website. The easiest way to manage your bookings, however, is with My Premier Inn - why not register today?
I haven’t received my email confirmation. What should I do?
Have you checked your spam filter? If it's not there either, it looks like you've encountered a technical problem. Please call Central Reservations on 0871 527 9230* for assistance. Central Reservations is open from 8am – 10pm Monday to Saturday and 9am - 10pm on Sundays. Calls to this number cost 13p a minute plus any additional charges from your phone operator. Alternatively, call us on 0333 003 8101 (calls charged at the national rate).
How do I book a stay for more than nine nights?
Bookings for more than nine nights cannot be made online. Please call our Central Reservations team on 0871 527 9231* to make your booking. Is my booking guaranteed?
Your credit card, debit card or Premier Inn Business Account details provided at the time of booking guarantees your booking.
You can use your booking reference to view your booking once it has been made. To do this, select the ‘Manage bookings’ option located in the top right-hand corner of the website. If you are already registered for My Premier Inn, simply log in to view your booking.
I want to make a booking for one night but your system only has availability if I select to stay longer, why is that?
The reason you are unable to book for the date(s) required is due to limited availability. A small number of rooms are held for those guests who wish to stay for a longer duration and at present these are the only rooms available. Why not see if there is an alternative Premier Inn hotel with availability nearby?
Are the rates shown on this website per person or per room?
Our rates are per room, per night. They include VAT. Meals are not included in the room price. When you book, we'll give you a total price for the rooms and number of nights you've requested. If you've booked our Saver rate and would like to pay for your room with a credit card you will be charged a £2 processing fee. There is no fee for payments made with a debit card, and Flex rates do not incur a credit card processing fee.
Do I have to give you my payment card details to confirm my booking?
We'll need your card details to guarantee your booking. But don't worry - all details are stored securely and we won't charge you for cancellations providing they're made before 1pm on the day you're due to arrive. Please note: we normally only ask for your payment card details so that we can guarantee your booking, you will be asked to pay for your stay on arrival and may pay with a different card if you wish. Cancellations made after 1pm will result in the full amount per room for the first night only being charged to your card.
