About your hub by Premier Inn stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

You can check in from 2pm on the day you arrive. If you’re likely to arrive after 11pm, that’s absolutely fine, just please let us know. Check-out is at 12 noon, but you can still use our deli and other facilities after that.

Do you offer the Good Night Guarantee?

No, not at hub. But, if there’s anything we can do to improve your stay, let us know at reception and we’ll do our best.

Can I bring my pet?

No, I’m sorry, we only welcome assistance dogs.

Can I bring my bike?

Not inside the hotel, but we’ll happily point you to the nearest bike rack, which won’t be far away.

Is there somewhere I can leave my bags?

Yes. Have a word with reception and they'll be able to store your bags while you head out and explore.

Does the hotel have a car park?

No. Our hotels are so central that we recommend you leave your car at home and arrive by public transport.

How can I find out what's going on in the city?

At hub, you’re at the heart of the action and we want you to enjoy it. We’ve made a list of all our favourite places to go, things to do and stuff to see. You’ll find it in the 'Explore' section of our app. While you’re there, check out our augmented reality map of the city – just tap the AR icon, hold your smartphone camera up to the giant wallmap in your room and watch the city spring to life. You can also access 'Explore' content on your Smart TV, on the tablets in our deli and on the interactive screen in reception.

If you prefer, you can chat to one of our team. They’ll be only too happy to give you some tips and set you off in the right direction.

How do you calculate the Guest Rating score?

Our Guest Rating scale is created using responses to the hub by Premier Inn satisfaction survey. The number of stars highlighted is based on the average rating for the question, ‘Will we see you again?’ across a 1-5 scale where 5 is ‘Definitely’ and 1 is ‘No way’.
