How can I book a hub room?

Hub rooms can only be booked online at Bookings can’t be made by telephone. Amends and cancellations can be made to hub Flex bookings by calling 0333 321 3104.

Can I cancel a booking?

We try to keep things as simple and flexible as we can, so this is our policy:

  • If you’ve booked a hub Flex rate, you can change or cancel your booking up to 1pm on your arrival day and get a refund. If you cancel after 1pm, you’ll be charged for one night’s stay. 
  • If you’ve booked a hub Saver rate, you can cancel the room at any time, but you won't get a refund.
    When you cancel, we’ll give you a reference number. Please hang onto this as proof that you’ve cancelled your booking. 

How do I change my booking?

If you've booked a hub Flex rate, please call us on 03333 213 104* and tell us your booking reference number. We’ll take care of the rest. We’re open 8am-10pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am-10pm on Sundays.

But remember, if you need to change your booking on the day you’re due to arrive, make sure you call us before 1pm or you’ll be charged for one night's stay.

If you've booked a hub Saver rate, you can’t make any changes to your booking.

Can I book for someone else, and pay for it?

Yes you can. 

Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?

You can. You’ll need to bring the lead guest’s full name and their booking reference. But to make things easier – and to keep all your personal information safe and sound – it’s best if details for all guests are updated in advance.

How do I know if my booking’s gone through?

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email containing your booking reference number. If the email doesn’t arrive, give us a call on 03333 213 104*.

Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

You can if you want. But, if you’ve downloaded the app, you’ll find details of your booking in the ‘My bookings’ section. Your confirmation email also includes a QR code that you can scan straight from your mobile or tablet at check-in.

Can I pay in cash when I arrive?

Sorry, no. All rooms must be paid for in advance. But you can pay for food and drink in cash. 

How many people can stay per room? And do you have a minimum age?

We allow two people max in each room, and the lead guest must be aged 16 or over.

What credit and debit cards do you take?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Electron and Maestro. Or you can pay using your Premier Inn Business Account.

How do I cancel my booking via the app?

Go into ‘My bookings’, tap on the one you'd like to cancel, and tap ‘Cancel booking’. We’ll send you an email to confirm your cancellation has gone through. Please note that, if you've booked a hub Saver rate, you can't make any changes to your booking.

How do I cancel my booking online?

Go to and click on ‘Manage or cancel a booking’ in the top right-hand corner. If you’ve booked a hub Flex rate, you can cancel or change your booking up to 1pm on your arrival day. If you've booked a hub Saver rate, you can’t make any changes to your booking.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We’ll process your refund straightaway but it might take a few days for the refund to reach your account.

What if I have a complaint?
